RICOH PRODUCT TRAINING IN MYSORE

The five day training workshop was conducted to provide a detailed overview of RICOH launched models by WeP in India.  The training was conducted from 13th to 17th Jan 2020 at WeP Mysore campus and Training was provided by Ricoh Asia pacific technical team.
Manager of Business operations was also in India for future business discussion with WeP
Each day the session would start at 09:30 am and end on 06:00 pm and was attended by Team Leaders and Supervisors across India.

The training session started with introduction of trainer with the participants mutually. The training focused on many technical aspects such as MET MF-3 Colour Controllers, Remote Panel Operations, Automatic Remote Firmware Update (ARFU), Customer Engineer Tool, and Always Current Technology (ACT) and Smart Device Connector.
Technical escalation guidelines were discussed in detail before getting in deep dive study about Corona-C1.5. The hands on training were conducted on Corona – C 1.5, Hardware, Dismantle & Assembly and Troubleshooting.
Technical escalation process was also explained in last of the training. The esteemed guests wrapped up the training after a Q&A session.

ECO Night Sensor

ECO Night Sensor Ricoh’s ECO Night Sensor is an energy saving feature that works by detecting the amount of ambient light in the room. Depending on available settings in a Ricoh device, it automatically turns off the device’s main power, or shifts it to Energy Saver Mode, when the amount of light falls below a certain level. The latest version of ECO Night Sensor also turns the power on when the amount of light increases. The sensor detects the increase and fall of both natural and artificial light, significantly reducing the device’s power consumption and running cost How does it work?  The sensor is located on the operation panel, and its settings can be changed at the operation panel display.
