Campus Conditioning

WeP as a company is known for nurturing the new talents and being one of the growth-oriented industry, we have been visiting the colleges to provide an opportunity to the fresh talents to make their career in this competitive field.
Every year we run a campaign called Campus Conditioning through which we reach out to best and suitable colleges in India to hire their best students.
We reach the campus at the beginning of the recruitment drive to select the appropriate candidates for the position on hire since reaching late would result in the best candidates getting hired by other firms visiting the same campus. After crafting a good assessment tests to evaluate the candidate’s overall skills and talent, only the best candidates are shortlisted, and others get filtered out.
This time, being the 14th batch of Campus Conditioning and having built a Brand Value, we are giving out an opportunity to the candidates from remote locations, who are from government colleges.
There are students out there who are studying in villages or govt colleges just because they can’t afford the private colleges fee. To our surprise, the campaign went on well, the students scored high scores in aptitude tests. This shows knowledge wise even remote location students are at par with metro city college students. The only constraint is that they face challenges in communication skills and soft skills.
They are not exposed to multiple languages as metro city colleges students are. However, WeP has created one more milestone in strengthening the youths of the nation. We would be giving more opportunities to freshers this year since we have added one business line to WeP where we are the appointed distributors of Ricoh Asia Pacific. WeP is known for striving to bring new approach to the market and we are sure Ricoh project would be boon for WeP as well as deserving Fresh candidates.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

When a customer buys a Ricoh device, the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) includes the purchase price and the running costs over the lifetime of the product. The TCO is calculated in steps, using these costs and quantities: Cost of supplies and consumables Expected yield of supplies and consumables Document volumes Expected lifespan of the device Purchase price. Many different software tools are available, via the internet and from your sales manager, to help you calculate TCO. Four steps to calculate TCO There are basically four steps to calculate the TCO: Step 1:  Calculate Cost Per Page (CPP) Step 2:  Calculate average monthly running cost Step 3:  Calculate lifetime running cost Step 4:  Calculate TCO. The difference in TCO between different devices is an important part of the sales approach, when TCO is an advantage. This column contains the business overview. Step 1: Calculate Cost Per Page

User authentication - RICOH

User authentication is a process for authorised users to validate that they are who they say they are, by some pre-arranged criteria. Typically, user authentication is required to allow access to electronic devices, networks, or services. A common user authentication process is accessing bank accounts at an automatic teller machine (ATM). This requires us to enter a bank-issued security card, followed by a personal identification number (PIN) at the keypad. Because user authentication is a part of daily life, the requirement for user authentication to access office automation equipment at work is a standard expectation. User authentication methods Supported Ricoh multifunction products (MFPs) provide four methods to control user access: Windows authentication LDAP authentication Basic authentication User codes.   Windows authentication Users are required to log on to the device using their existing Windows network username and password. Only users with a valid username and password can
